I had to have 2 units replaced along with a new platform, ductwork and thermostats. Ken and his team were very prompt and did an excellent job. They kept me well informed at every step. Excellent service!! I’m pretty particular and I could tell the small details like wrapping the lines with insulation, caulking all needed areas and other things were important to them.
